Hello and welcome to my witchy world! My name is Fran and I am the creator of Wildflower Witch & Retreats - offering Women's Circles, Cacao Ceremonies and Menstrual Cycle Literacy.

 

​​ I have dedicated a decade to travelling, soul searching and studying that have led me to gather an immensely supportive set of tools, knowledge and practices to help me navigate the highs and lows of womanhood & everyday life.​ I'm not sure where I'd be without these practices, but one word comes to mind - disconnected. Perhaps you're feeling this way currently? Don't worry, we've all been there.

The most impactful way that I have been able to apply all that I've learned is to link it to our menstrual cycle, since it's a monthly phenomena that governs our female bodies and beings so much more than we often realise. ​To live in disconnect from our female cycle, bodies and emotions is to dim our lights and live life feeling numb while knowing that there's more to it and craving to shine but not knowing how.

This is such a major part of my journey and story. As I navigate this path - there's one thing that is consistent - my deep desire and dedication to create a natural, wild, wholesome life connected to magic - the unseen, mysterious, synchronistic parts to life that can only be felt.
